Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026

These terms govern use of Canary Scale, operated by Izoox, LLC. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you sign up for a company, that company.

The service

Canary Scale pulls daily performance data from the advertising, e-commerce, and analytics accounts you connect, computes statistics over it, and sends alerts, recommendations, and daily analyses to the destinations you choose. Access is read-only: Canary Scale never changes budgets, campaigns, or store data.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspaces and for having the right to connect the accounts you connect. Don't use the service to break the law or the terms of the platforms you connect.

Subscriptions and trials

Plans are billed per customer workspace, monthly, through Stripe. Trials last 14 days with a card on file; you can cancel any time before the trial ends without charge. After cancellation your workspaces become read-only for 30 days so you can export your data, and are then permanently deleted.

Recommendations are informational

Scale, hold, and cut suggestions — and every AI-written analysis — are generated from your data to support your decisions, not to make them. They are not financial advice and come with no guarantee of outcome. Advertising decisions, and their results, remain yours.

Your data

The data you connect stays yours. We use it only to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy, and we delete it when you leave.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties, and depends on third-party platforms whose APIs can change or fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Izoox, LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including advertising results.

Termination

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk, with notice where practical.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to workspace owners before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
